We strive to have all orders shipped same day if placed before 12PM PST on a business day, and the next business day if the order is received after noon. We want you to get your pet door as soon as possible. If we are not able to ship within two business days of receiving your order, we will notify you by email or phone. You may contact us at email@example.com or call us at 707-776-7878 between 8AM and 4PM PST Monday through Friday and discuss your order.
We use UPS Ground for our shipping. Shipping should take between 2 and 5 days depending on where the pet door is being shipped. You may opt to pay the higher rate for expedited shipping. We cannot guarantee shipping dates or arrival dates.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason or if you feel the product is defective, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 14 days of receipt of the product. We expect returned goods to be in original, resalable condition in original packaging and should be received by FireSafe Pet Doors within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
All refunds will amount to the cost of the purchase. A return shipping label will be provided to the customer. Your return will be processed within 7 business days. Please allow 5-7 days for your bank to reflect the refund.
If a product is returned with missing parts, with seals or tapes scratched or damaged in any way, or any parts that appear to be “used” and so on may be refused for return or the return amount may be reduced by the labor and parts needed to make the product like new. If we need to refurbish your returned product, your refund may be delayed or denied.
Please note that you may not return a pet door or pet door part that has been obviously installed or used by your pets.
